CHP Home Care & Hospice was the sponsor of the day for Senior Day at the Van Wert County Fair. An informational program was held from 9-11 a.m. in the Midway Entertainment Tent followed by karaoke, dance, and bingo in the afternoon. Seniors were admitted free into the fair until 4 p.m.

Champion of Champions Gabe Bailey will be in the South Entertainment/Beer Tent on Friday, Aug 29 @ 7:00 PM and Craig Muhlenkamp on the Advanced Insurance Group Outdoor stage on Saturday, Aug 30 @ 2:00 & 4:00 pm.

Come out and support the Rays of Hope at this year's Van Wert Co Fair. Our camp was picked as one of the community organizations to receive 50% of the money raised on our wood carving. Rays of Hope is a program for children 6-17 who have suffered the loss of a loved one. A 3 day camp is held each June along with other activities throughout the year. Rays of Hope is an outreach of CHP Home Care and Hospice, your local source for great care for the last 50 years!

Community Health Professionals (CHP) Home Care & Hospice is a non-profit home health & hospice organization serving 15 counties in Northwest and West Central Ohio.

Our nurses and staff who are local and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Making a referral to CHP is easy...just call us! Our staff will help you decide what service is right for you and we will work with your physician. We are happy to provide a no obligation, informational visit by one of our friendly and caring nurses. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
