Through crafts, games, food, & time together, new friendships were formed and plenty of fun was had at the CHP Rays of Hope Holiday Party yesterday! Our three-day, day camp for kids will be in June and is open to any child 6-17 who has experienced a loss. Youth bereavement services are sponsored by CHP and the Noah's Ark Fund with support from a grant from Tri-County ADAMHS Board - Mercer, Paulding and Van Wert Counties.

We had a wonderful group of kids at CHP's annual Rays of Hope Camp Holiday Party! Rays of Hope supports kids who have lost a loved one or friend, and provides an opportunity for them to gather for fun and to make new friends. This year's theme was "Hot Chocolate is Like a Hug from the Inside." We made hot chocolate treats to take home and to give to someone who may need a hug.

Community Health Professionals (CHP) Home Care & Hospice is a non-profit home health & hospice organization serving 15 counties in Northwest and West Central Ohio.

What makes CHP unique is that we provide a complete range of services - including skilled home health nursing, in-home therapy, hospice, inpatient hospice, non-clinical home care, and adult day services.

Our nurses and staff who are local and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Making a referral to CHP is easy...just call us! Our staff will help you decide what service is right for you and we will work with your physician. We are happy to provide a no obligation, informational visit by one of our friendly and caring nurses. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
