It is only $300 per team ($75 per player) and players will get a cart, lunch, chance to win cash at the double or nothing hole and hopper wagon, along with raffle baskets and prizes as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams! We will also have a beverage cart. This event supports our CHP Adult Day Center right here in Van Wert. Our goal is 22 teams total. We currently have 3 teams registered. Reminder: You can wait and pay for your team the day of (July 17th) so be sure to snag a spot and get your registration in! comhealthpro.org/events
