If you're anything like me, it doesn't take much to have a random body pain. I was peeling potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner (no lie) and I must have been standing weird because I turned to say something to my sister and I kinked my neck. 😂The whole day my right trap was in pain. (not funny, but kindof funny)
Luckily there are a lot of things you can do for those random body pains that are natural.
For pain, we at RelaxPNW recommend the following equipment:
*PEMF: Our pemf machines deliver a low dose of electromagnetic energy that has been shown to reduce aches and pains. We like to do it for 20 min, 3 times a week while the pain is acute.
*Massage chairs: If the pain is muscle related (like mine was), massage chairs can do wonders. The great part is that because we are open 24/7, if you happen to hurt yourself on Thanksgiving, you can still come in!
*Light Therapy: For pain we recommend red light therapy. This is very good for headaches like our previous post suggests, but red light can also help with deeper pain issues like the runner knee you see in this video.
