When your goal consists of Myzone , nothing compares to the . In my experience there is no piece of equipment that is more efficient and effective at getting and keeping me in >79% of max heart rate. At 200+ MEPs/hour with much less perceived exertion and intensity than other equipment and modalities, it is an indispensable part of any MyZone challenge and competition. It’s great as a stand-alone workout or an addition to a workout. My personal favorite is to use it in between sets during upper-body strength training workouts.
