Community is everything and i will have two community events a month in addition to my weekly offerings of yin and community meditation.

All events are sliding scale in increase accessibility to anyone seeking community and healing modalities.

If you’d like to attend an event but the cost is an obstacle for you, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I often have a paid space just for you that has been donated or there’s an extra spot!

AND I’ll teaching yin at on Mondays 1130-1230 and Tuesdays 11-12 (I’m bringing a sound bowl to this one!) you can sign up on their website for these. I did add a link in my linktree for this as well.

I love people so much.

If you know me you know how odd that is considering how much of my life i always said i hate people. But the truth is that we all are deeply connected by our core drive of connection and happiness. We all just want to be okay.

When I’m running workshops and we all come together and open up about why we’re seeking theses connections and healing, it’s truly inspiring and beautiful to witness.

Like a flower blooming in the spring, people begin to open and welcome in light again. Each story is so unique and every person i come into contact with has given me a new perspective and added to this feeling of connection.

We all belong here. We all deserve peace. We all deserve love and happiness.

As a teacher of peace, it is my responsibility, not to bypass the suffering of myself or anyone else. It is our responsibility to address the suffering of our brothers and sisters with compassion and care.

My beloved teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, taught me to take refuge in my breath. To follow my breath into my body and back out again.

This very simple action of bringing out awareness to my breath has been so transformative. This is what has allowed space for healing to occur.

I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for six years now.

I had my whole life like MAPPED out because I’m a very organized triple earth sign but then the pandemic happened and i couldn’t see clients anymore because i was caring for my baby full time now. All the daycares closed and i had to stay home. I was so panicked and depressed i googled “how can i be happy?” And it suggested a booked called Happiness by Thich Nhat Hanh (today is the anniversary of his passing)

Reading this book transformed my life and made me into the teacher and person i am today. I started making art again, i started writing again. I found myself slowly over time through meditation and shadow work and eventually that evolved into my life as a mindfulness teacher.

What a beautiful journey it’s been. Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me. Love y’all.

A good rule of thumb is to do whatever you’re doing, fully. This is the practice of being, of noticing, of mindful awareness.

The cultivation of self love has been my greatest achievement.

It was done slowly, over time, and with intention. I built a loving relationship with myself while i walked through my inner darkness. Not abandoning myself, not running away.

And in that space of vulnerability is here i found a deep love for my experience and my existence.
