One of the biggest reasons I’m able to help clients with such a wide range of pain conditions is the advanced training I received through the with Dr. Ross Turchaninov.
This education taught me how to properly evaluate the body, palpate specific structures, and identify the true source of muscle tension and pain patterns. That level of clinical understanding has made a profound difference in my practice, allowing me to approach each client with a precise treatment plan tailored to their unique condition.

It has given me the tools to address complex muscular issues more effectively and help people regain movement, comfort, and freedom from pain.

Many chronic headaches are not just neurological — they are muscular and nerve-related.
Tension in the neck, jaw, and base of the skull can irritate nerves that travel into the scalp and temples.

When these tissues are released through targeted medical massage therapy, many people experience significant reduction in headache frequency and intensity.

There is often a structural reason behind chronic headaches — and it can be treated.

Just like in marriage, the body thrives on care, consistency, and trust. 🤍

This photo reminds me that lasting connection—whether between two people or within your own body—is built through presence and intention. As a massage therapist, I see it every day: when the body feels supported, it softens, heals, and becomes stronger.

Bodywork is a relationship.
One where listening matters.
Where skilled hands meet tired muscles with respect.
Where care is given not just when something is wrong, but so balance can last.

The same way love grows when it’s nurtured, your body responds when you invest in it regularly. Treat it with patience, skill, and compassion—it carries you through every season of life.

Regular bodywork isn’t a luxury — it’s a powerful investment in your health.

Consistent massage helps calm the nervous system, reduce chronic pain, improve circulation, support recovery, and release stress stored deep in the tissues. When your body is cared for regularly, it moves better, heals faster, and functions the way it was designed to.

Your body carries you through every season of life — give it the attention it deserves. 💆‍♀️
Healing happens through skilled hands, intention, and consistency. 🤍

Watching the ocean in the Pacific Northwest feels like a reset for the soul.
The waves keep moving, yet the birds know when to float, rest, and take it all in.

Massage is your permission to do the same.
To soften.
To slow down.
To let your body feel supported instead of constantly “holding it together.”

Nature never rushes healing—
and neither should you.

Rest is not lazy—it’s part of healing. Just like massage releases tension from the body, true rest lets the nervous system soften and reset. When we slow down, breathe deeper, and allow ourselves to receive care, the body remembers how to heal itself. Taking time to rest is one of the most powerful ways to honor your body and everything it carries.

The Columbia Gorge River flows strong between mighty mountains, just like our lives move between challenges and hope. Sometimes the current is calm, sometimes it’s wild—but it always keeps going. The mountains remind us that even when life feels heavy, there is strength holding us steady. Every bend in the river is a new chapter, and every peak is proof that growth is worth the climb. Let this place remind you: keep flowing, keep rising, and trust the journey.

After years of doing bodywork, my hands and finger joints can feel achy, tired, and inflamed—just like many of my clients feel in their own bodies. One of the biggest game-changers for me has been cold plunging.

Cold exposure helps calm inflammation, improve circulation, and speed up recovery. For me, that means less swelling in my finger joints, faster recovery between sessions, and more longevity doing the work I love. And the bonus? My entire body feels more grounded, clear, and resilient afterward.

Is it comfortable? Nope.
Is it effective? Absolutely.

This is just one of the ways I take care of my body so I can continue taking care of yours. When I invest in my own recovery, my clients feel the difference on the table.

If your body is asking for relief—there are tools that help. Cold therapy is one of them. ❄️💙

✨ This season, I’m reminded how healing often begins in the quiet moments—the ones where we pause, breathe, and let ourselves soften.
Just like decorating a tree piece by piece, caring for your body is a practice of intention. Every session, every breath, every touch is a chance to release what you’ve been carrying and welcome in something lighter. ✨

If your spirit feels a little stretched thin, your shoulders a little heavy, or your heart a bit tired… my table is a space to reset.
You deserve to feel supported, grounded, and deeply cared for—especially now. 💛

Let this be your reminder: nurturing yourself isn’t indulgent. It’s necessary. And I’m here to help you reconnect with that calm inside you.

💆‍♀️ Pain Management Through Healing Touch 🌸

When pain takes over — whether it’s a stubborn headache, muscle tension, or chronic stress — your body is asking for care and balance. Massage therapy does more than relax you; it helps release the root causes of discomfort and restores your body’s natural healing flow.

✨ “I came in with a debilitating headache, and after a head massage most of the pain was gone!” — Irina S.
✨ “Zhanna is the most incredible healer. My body and mind always feel renewed.” — Anonymous
✨ “Zhanna is so sweet and knowledgeable. I always leave refreshed.” — Beatrice R.

Each session is personalized to your body’s needs — helping you move from pain to peace.

✨ After a car accident, many people experience whiplash—a condition that doesn’t just affect the neck but can also impact the shoulders and upper back. When muscles become tight and overworked, massage therapy helps decompress them, retrain the nervous system, and teach the body what a new “normal” feels like. This allows the tissue to heal and recover more effectively. 💆‍♀️✨

So thankful to support clients on their healing journey. 💙
