Just because you wanna lose weight and feel better doesn’t mean you have to give up foods you love and enjoy.I used to love making a sandwich on an amazing croissant or baguette with brie, red pear, and warm chicken … and while there’s still absolutely nothing wrong with that sandwich being dairy gluten-free, I had to modify.I found the rotisserie cooked chicken at the store 3 ounces for 90 cal , used a gluten-free bread I had at home for 160 cal cut it in half and toasted it.Add a tablespoon of the Borson dairy free urban garlic cheese I did half the serving for 45 cal bitten all honesty. I should’ve done the full serving. I added one slice of bacon for about 35 cal And if you count my Apple, which is a medium cosmic apple as a hole it’s an additional 50 cal Honestly, I’m not counting the lettuce .I say that’s a pretty filling lunch for under 400 cal
