I had so much fun in my CE class last weekend! We learned some Thai and Shiatsu techniques for the hips and shoulders from the amazing .

These techniques are great for people who don't like to undress for massage, or who are looking to try something new.

I like to use an integrative, holistic approach in all of my treatments so learning new ways to approach issues is very important to me. There is so much to learn out there, but the more tools in my belt = better results for you!
