Are you ready to embark on a journey toward radical self-love and body acceptance? We're excited to announce our upcoming virtual book group, centered around Sonya Renee Taylor's transformative book, "The Body Is Not an Apology."

This group is designed for individuals aged 18 and older residing in Oregon, Washington, or Wisconsin who struggle with body image or self-esteem related to their appearance. Together, we'll explore themes of self-worth and body liberation within the larger social contexts of our lives.

Group Details:

Duration: April 25 – June 6

Meetings: Fridays, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM (PST) / 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (CST)

Platform: Google Meet

Cost: $10 per session

What to Expect:
