Suite 104 is uniquely equipped with built-in cabinetry and flexible plumbing options. You have the ability to install a sink, a shampoo bowl, or both at the same time, with multiple hookup locations available. This makes it ideal for hairstylists, estheticians, tattoo artists, wellness professionals, and more.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver at Washington and Evergreen, Unique Suites offers more than just a room. You’ll be part of a supportive and inspiring community designed to help your business grow.
