Through research, connections and conversations Noelle found thermography to be an effective, safe and non-invasive modality for women to add to their toolbox. After getting her own imaging done in 2022, Noelle decided to pursue training and certification through the International Academy of Clinical Thermography with Dr. William Amalu. I love sharing practitioners or clinics or resources that are like minded on whole health…and supporting the body.

Last week I met with the owner of OsteoStrong Happy Valley, Elise Holcombe, and learned there is an alternative to DEXA (a bone density test that measures the strength and mineral content of your bones using X-rays) scans. A DEXA scan uses radiation, but a REMS scan does not! You can imagine how thrilled I was to find a legitimate tool in bone health that doesn’t use radiation but rather sound wave technology. Just like thermography doesn’t use radiation!!

A huge difference between a DEXA scan and a REMS scan is the REMS gives you a bone fragility score (measuring the internal structure strength quality). A DEXA measures the surface bone density only (not the internal structure).

Happy May!
For those of you on the East side of town…my last pop up clinic at Terrain Wellness will be on May 18th. I still have slots open.

The collaboration over the past couple of years with Terrain Wellness has been such a gift. So so grateful! Dr. Dani and her family are moving, so the physical office will be closing.🌿

In my office I recommend two clinics that will do breast ultrasounds before a mammogram. I have now been to both clinics to get my own ultrasounds.🌿

Last week I went to Women’s Imaging & Intervention. My experience was outstanding. This clinic does take insurance and you do need a doctor’s order.

The imaging was very thorough, professional, no pressure to do a mammogram and you wait for your results back as there’s a radiologist on site.

I am happy to give more info. on this clinic or the second one I recommend. Just comment INFO, and I’ll send it along to you.

Just because you choose options other than standard of care does not mean you don’t care about your breast health! Be your best advocate!🌿

I have thought on this for about a month, and how I could adequately put into words how I feel about opening my doors to Divine Thermography 3 years ago this month. It was during a time in our country where more and more people were researching different choices for their wellness…and for that I say, “what a huge win!”

You know the saying, “God has bigger plans for you than you often have for yourself?” Well, that is 100% my story with this business!

The things I have learned about breast health, whole health, being connected to other like-minded practitioners, and simply the women who have walked through my doors are crazy amazing! Honestly, I am not sure I can express how grateful and in awe I am.

If I had to put a number on it, I’d say about 80% of my clientele is for breast imaging…so to say I’ve listened to a lot and read extensively on hormones, breast health, and natural options is an understatement! Beyond the actual imaging, I also offer Next Steps and natural recommendations for thriving wellness. I have learned these things in my own health journey, and feel it is only right to share what is and isn’t working.

So many women don’t necessarily know what thermography monitors and how it compares with other breast health modalities. If that is you and you’re curious, comment “THERMO”, and I will send you some stats and benefits of thermography.

In this new year, can you choose one way you can best take care of yourself because small steps accumulate over time to create lasting lifestyle changes?!

Wrapping up 2025 doing goal planning and reflecting at one of my favorite coffee shops.

I am so grateful for the repeat clients I got to serve in 2025 and all the new ones I met. I don’t take my job lightly because it is so much more to me than just offering thermography imaging.

This has been a year of continued growth, deep thankfulness and a humbleness that is hard to explain as I am in awe the stories I get to hear, the lives I get a small glimpse into, and a diagnostic tool that is still pretty new to many (even though it was FDA approved in 1984).

Look forward to seeing many of you in 2026!!🌿

Practice what you preach is a good line to live by!
