I know so many of us are feeling it a little bit lately — time is tight, budgets are tight, and life is just… a lot.

Because of that, I’ve decided to bring back 30-minute massages to my schedule starting today! 🙌

Not everyone can commit to a 60, 90, or 120 minute session right now — and that’s okay. You still deserve care.

These 30-minute sessions are $65 and perfect for focused, targeted area work such as:
• Back
• Neck + Shoulders
• Legs
• Feet
• Or one specific problem area

This is not a full-body massage, but it is intentional, effective relief exactly where you need it most.

If you’ve been putting off booking because of time or budget, this might be your sign 💛

Big changes coming up!

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I will no longer be booking Ashiatsu massage sessions. Since moving into the new studio, I haven’t had that many on my schedule, and I feel a bit out of practice.

You deserve to receive every service at the highest level — and right now, I don’t feel I’m there with Ashiatsu.

If I decide to bring it back in the future, it will be after completing a refresher course and Level 2 course as well so I can confidently give you the experience you deserve.

It’s been a minute since I’ve shared Shelly, Ozzy & Fred… and I know some of you look for them when you stop by!

They officially retired their Valentine’s outfits and have been rocking their lucky St. Patty’s Day attire for about a week now ☘️✨

These three bring so much joy — not just to my family, but to so many of you who pop in and smile when you see them. They’ve truly become the unofficial mascots of the office and the best little sign that you’re in the right place.
