Life happens. We totally get it 💖

When you book with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We’ve blocked our schedule, prepped your service, and set aside our energy with your name on it. To keep things fair and flowing for everyone, no shows are subject to a 50% fee, and cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours incur a $100 nonrefundable fee.

If something comes up, just let us know by phone, DM, or email at least 24 hours in advance. A little heads up makes a big difference and allows us to offer that spot to another client who’s ready for a Juicy upgrade 💋

We have a one time grace period for any late cancellations/reschedule appointments 🫶🏼
