✨ Meet Your Host ✨
Hey friends! It was brought to my attention that a lot of you don’t know who I am (what!? 😅), so let’s fix that with a proper hello…
I’m Christine Myers — Reiki Master Teacher, practitioner, and now the woman behind Project Wellness.
Reiki found me back in 2015, at a time when my world had completely fallen apart. In the span of a few years, I lost my dad, walked through divorce, was diagnosed with cancer, and was raising my two little redheads as a single mama while trying to keep a roof over our heads. Life was heavy.
Then came Reiki — and my mentor, Jeanette Hieter — who quite literally saved my life. What started as a desperate search for healing turned into a calling.
Fast forward to now, and I’ve:
✨ Trained many students to weave Reiki into their own unique lives.
✨ Set up shop in a cozy studio in downtown Camas (inside the Peace Yourself Together building — Sooo in love with this little town).
✨ Launched the Reiki Me App to bring Reiki into everyday life.
✨ Opened a Reiki Clinic — a low-cost community offering where my advanced students gain practice, and clients receive deeply nourishing sessions at an accessible rate.
✨ Hosted many life-changing retreats and events.
As for Project Wellness — my first time on that stage as a segment leader lit something in me that I’ll never forget. It whispered: “If you can do THIS. What else are you capable of? Dream bigger.” And here we are!
✨ My vision is simple but huge:
Keep the wholesome, empowering vibe.
Grow the lineup of vendors + leaders.
Expand into The PW magazine and The Tour so that more people can access wellness year-round.
When I’m not teaching or hosting? You’ll find me in the mountains with my husband (my best friend who claimed my two kiddos as his own), our three cats, and two crazy black labs. We’re big believers in living close to the land — he hunts, I cook, and together we soak up every ounce of this wild and beautiful life.
That’s me! 👋 If you read this far — big hug to you. 🫶 Thanks for being here, for loving this community, and for dreaming right alongside me.
