Did you know that OMSI was voted best science museum in the country? We are so lucky to have this gem so close, check out their low sensory times and then come tell me about your favorite exhibit ๐Ÿฆ–

Join OMSI for low sensory hours at the museum, April 18 from 5:30-7pm!

Enjoy Tyrannosaurs โ€“ Meet the Family and the Kendall Planetarium with low sensory adaptations and fewer people around ๐Ÿฆ– Low sensory hours provide a less stressful experience for people who are sensitive to too much sensory input (noise, crowds, smells, lighting, etc.) for just $5 per person.

These playgrounds are the best, I am so excited Vancouver is getting one!

It's Official! On 6/27, the Vancouver City Council voted to approve our inclusive project @ Marshall Park. After 3 years of planning, we are overjoyed to reach this milestone!

Join us for a Marshall Park Groundbreaking Ceremony ๐Ÿ‘ท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ on Mon., 7/11 @ 10am in Vancouver, WA, @ the Chelsea Anderson Memorial Play Station (CHAMPS). FREE & open to all. Photo ops available with hard hats & shovels!

Harper Goldberg (center), who testified in support of inclusion, deserves the opportunity to spend time with other kids. And the good people of Vancouver deserve the chance to meet Harper & others like her.

That's the beauty of creating an inclusive worldโ€”we all win! โ™ฅ

Seeing kids regularly has immense value. We build rapport and then momentum! But stepping away is equally as important for all. There is value in rest, there is value in unsupported practice and then there is value in returning with fresh eyes. See you all on the 30th, I am out of the office for a bitโค๏ธ

MASK POLICY UPDATE

As Washington and Oregon drop their indoor mask mandate, individual businesses are to set their own guidelines. Cairn therapy will continue to require masks until all patients and family members are able to access vaccinations.

I appreciate your understandingโค๏ธ
