Just a simple reminder to tell your beautiful soul how much you love it.
Self-love mostly entails appreciation for oneself.

YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO LOVE SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS YOU START LOVING YOURSELF AND TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF.

Part of my journey to restore my health started with self-love.

I wish we were taught in school how to love ourselves! It will be the greatest lesson we will learn in our entire lives.

When was the last time you looked in the mirror and said, "I love my beautiful soul?"

The month of February is frequently regarded as being centered on and dedicated to love as it is famous for Valentine’s Day, but February can also be a month for loving oneself, taking care of oneself, strengthening relationships with family and friends, and loving others.

Making an effort to love yourself can raise your self-esteem, help you recognize your accomplishments, and make it easier for you to accept your flaws and reduce your stress!

How to sleep better?
Many things we do during the day may affect our sleep at night.

I hope the following tips will help you out:
1- Maintain a balanced diet. The quality and type of food we eat can promote peaceful sleep.

2- Regularly exercise. This promotes blood circulation and the delivery of oxygen to all organs.

3- Reduce your caffeine consumption. Try to avoid drinking caffeine at 2:00PM your time.

4- Get at least 7 hours of sleep. Avoid distractions or extra work before sleep time to prevent your brain from being active when it time to sleep.

5- When going to bed, avoid eating a lot. Heavy meals make it harder for you to get to sleep.

6- Maintain a restful bedtime regimen. Prepare for sleeping by drinking a relaxing herbal drink, reducing lighting, playing soft music, and engaging in other activities that help you relax for sleep.

Sleeping deeply and resting are very important to speed up recovery.

Preparing for a healthier 2023!

The majority of people have goals for many things in their lives, but people forget the health or wellness part of their lives!

There are many reasons for this:

1- They do not have an awareness of the importance of health and its effect on their productivity levels in their jobs.
2- They do not understand the long-term consequences of not taking care of their health.
3- They were not taught how nutrition can have a significant impact on their energy levels and performance.
4- Many people don’t pay attention to their health until they feel deep pain they cannot tolerate.

This year, no matter where you are in your life, you have the opportunity to re-write your health and wellness story.

You will be surprised that starting with baby steps today can lead to massive improvements in the future.

Take a self-break, go on a journey inside yourself and your body, try to listen to its needs, and write down what you find. Then ask yourself, "What can I do to change this situation?" "What can I add or remove to help my body, brain, and soul?"

Jump to the year 2023

How was 2022 for you?
I hope it was good to you and you have seen beautiful days.
I did have a few good days, but in general my 2022 was very challenging; I did not think I would live until 2023!

Challenge after challenge—oh boy, it was a crazy year. There were challenges on all levels, and the planetary ones were even crazier. I thought I died and came back to life during these days!
I was pushing so hard to finish this year that it sounded like it wouldn’t end at all.
I could not walk to the year 2023; I needed to jump over all challenges and let my soul take the lead to where I should go.

New year, guided by listing to the soul, gut instinct and intuition.
No more listening to the noise around me that was attempting to distract me from the right path my soul had seen, but the manipulative thoughts raised from the fear and the lack of knowledge sounds that was even false were distorting the vision.

I wish you an extraordinary year, no matter what happens in it.
We survived the COVID era, we survived 2022, and we will definitely enjoy living in 2023. It's time to live life in deep joy because it helps attract good things into your life, whereas stress and anxiety push away all the good things, add to this causing you sickness!

To a new, healthy, and balanced life guided by the spirituality for serving women in order to live a healthier existence on this planet.

Cooking with Love for Holidays

Holidays are quickly approaching, and people are rushing around to buy everything they need to prepare for these special moments with family, friends, and other people we care about in our lives.
The kitchen will be busy with many dishes and recipe notes and books here and there; the level will be high, and sometimes we might find missing items and someone needs to rush to the store to get them. Fights could happen, people may feel anxious that food will not be ready before their guests arrive, and more.

No matter what happens, remember that your hands have energy, and your energy can transmit into the food and then to the people who are eating it. In our countries, mostly the mothers cook, and when a mother cooks with love for her family, the food becomes tastier, and the family bonds on a deeper level because the food is cooked with love.

So, as you know this information, put beautiful intentions before you cook, and even if something happens during cooking, take a deep breath and remind yourself that your energy goes into the food.

Tips for happy cooking during the holidays:
• Check the list of ingredients ahead of time to make sure everything you need is there.
• Make a plan for the cooking time for each item and who can help you finish early.
• Check with your store to see if online ordering and delivery are available in order to reduce the number of flights on who should go get the items needed.
• Think of positive things and memories before you cook. Remember to think of love, as it has the highest energy.
• Cook cold items or those that can stay in the fridge a day earlier to save you time and energy.
• Play music you love and choose music to boost your energy.
• If something goes wrong, just remind yourself that your energy is going into the food, take a deep breath, and exhale slowly to release any negative energy.

And finally, these days come once a year, so try to be happy and think happy as much as you can. Remind yourself that these are short happy moments; why waste them in anger and stress?
