Welcome! I am excited to be starting this page as a place to connect with you about food and health.

As a nutritionist, I work a bit differently from other nutritionists in that I specialized in a testing technique called Nutrition Response Testing which allows me to work with people with a wide range of symptoms and conditions. I successfully help people with digestive issues, food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, stress, anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, seasonal allergies, poor sleep, skin conditions, high blood pressure, autoimmune conditions, and much more.

I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition in 2017 and have additional advanced training in Nutrition Response Testing. In the summer of 2022, I opened my own practice, In Tune Nutrition, in Vancouver, WA.

I look forward to sharing future posts about Nutrition Response Testing, success stories from people who are working their personalized plans, health tips, and links to recipes!
