We are an Adult Family Home that provides high quality senior care to all of our residents. Our license number was 28. Does your loved one need to be spoiled?

We originally opened our home in 1998 before licensing was even required. We were members as well as the originating founder of the CCAFHA. We also were on the Board of the WSRCC for over ten years. In the mid 90's I ran a Placement Service as well. In 2005 we got out of the AFH business & managed four different Assisted Living buildings in the Portland/Vancouver Areas. Then in 2016 we reopened our AFH & again joined the CCAFHA. We now have over 29 years experience in Long Term Care & have been blessed to serve many different residents & their families with love & care. We are experts in LTC & all aspects of the aging process. We know what to look for, what in general will be next & how to get the professional care that your loved one deserves. We have excellent connections with PT/OT, Home Health, Hospice as well as a great number of Doctors & Nurses that help us to properly care for our residents & make their life as pleasant as possible. Come have a meal with us, check out our home & see first hand what an Adult Family Home really is all about. Doors are always open. Knock & come on in. We have nothing to hide & everything to show off.

I want to introduce our new “Resident Manager”/Owner Luda Perchatkin.

Luda has been providing loving care for the elderly now for well over thirty years.

She started by caring for her grandmother in her twenties.

Then she had a Special Needs child and has provided excellent care for her for thirty years.

She has worked for several AFH Providers as a Caregiver over the years as well all with excellent references.

Now Luda is ready for the big league and has asked us to mentor her as she becomes a Provider in her own right.

This is a big step but with such a strong resume we feel she will be an excellent Provider.
