Nestled within the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, our center is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia and is just a short drive from Sentara RMH Medical Center. We have been proudly serving the Harrisonburg community since 1975.

Step through our doors and you will be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.

At Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center, we take pride in the care we provide. We also take pride in the community and enjoy supporting various community events such as the Race to Beat Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk and safe trick-or-treating for children.

We serve patients from Harrisonburg, Staunton, New Market, Weyers Cave, Grottoes, Broadway and beyond.
