Relax, Restore & Rejuvenate Massage I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner in Vancouver, Washington. I specialize in Relaxation/Swedish, I love the many rewards of practicing massage.

These quotes are true for myself and for that I am incredibly grateful. Connecting with each of you and helping you Relax, Restore & Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit is my ultimate objective. In my massage sessions, I incorporate several different modalities and tailor them to meet your personal needs. Firm long relaxing strokes calm the tense muscles and ease the stress away. For those painful knots and chronic problem areas, I use a deeper tissue/treatment massage.... always checking in with you on the level of pressure. For our tired and sore joints, I integrate stretches and often include some "homework" stretches for you. ;) And, finally and possibly most importantly, I perform Reiki healing energy throughout the massage session. The massage session is yours, and your comfort, well-being, and serenity is very important to me. I closely listen to your needs and do my very best to help alleviate your pain and tension. I love what I do, and do what I love.... it is just that simple.
