We are a membership offering as many appointments as you need for free. You are back in the driver seat of your own health and wellness. We believe in spending quality time with each patient and providing 24/7 access by secure phone, text, email or video. We believe in price transparency and offer wholesale prices on medications and lab work to all members. Memberships are $85 a month for the first adult, $75 for the partner and $35 for children. Senior memberships are priced at $100.

About Delta Direct Care

In 2016, Patient Direct Care launched their primary care medical clinic before construction was complete at their current location at 209 East Main Street in Battle Ground. Instead of waiting until the build-out was complete, they found a solution to work out of a tiny home, brought to them by Wolf Industries. Two months later, they moved into their permanent space directly behind Urban Basics and next to The Reflector.

In 2019, this direct primary care medical clinic reinvented itself and changed their name with purpose. The clinic, as of June 2019 is now called Delta Direct Care. This new name better unifies Dr. Dino W. Ramzi’s clinic with the nonprofit his team has created called the Delta Healthcare Foundation. The Delta Direct Care medical clinic’s second location will house the foundation and donate primary care treatment through the nonprofit to better serve the uninsured and under-insured in our community.

Delta Direct Care provides two easy to understand membership options that no not exceed $75/month per person. The direct primary care model eliminates “insurance red tape” that makes it difficult to access quality, responsible, and affordable primary care. Our model will improve your primary care experience by establishing and growing your provider-to-patient relationship. You’ll receive compassionate, personalized care that puts you back in the driver’s seat. We believe in price transparency and extend wholesale prescription pricing to all members. Plus, you’ll receive the option to access a provider 24/7 by phone, text, email, or video.
