We believe in self care, that relaxation and meditation is therapeutic and in the pain relieving benefits of massage. We have been practicing massage since 2004 using a variety of massage techniques like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, SRT, oncology massage, silicone cupping, hot stones and aromatherapy.

Often using a combination of treatment options for a variety of muscular conditions, injuries, chronic conditions and of course general relaxation is the best course of action however we feel working with our clients to help them get the most out of their session that day is our number one priority.
