I hope you all are keeping yourself and your kiddos well hydrated. Drink a lot of Gatorade, and not the low sugar stuff. The glucose that comes from sugar helps our bodies absorb and utilize our electrolytes more efficiently. Be safe ✊🏼🙌🏼

This man is a walking talking miracle. Two weeks ago Jeffrey was saved by his wife Pam. Pam had just taken my CPR class on January 18th. She had never taken a CPR class before. The docs and nurses have commended her over and over calling her a super hero for the high quality CPR she gave her husband. Jeffrey suffered zero brain damage. I had the privilege of meeting him today at the hospital just before they sent him home. What are the odds that she finally learned this lifesaving skill just a month before having to perform it on her loved one and saving his life. If that isn’t God then I don’t know what is. 🙌 ❤️

This is the second time within a week where someone messaged me with a beautiful and heroic story of them rescuing a loved one with CPR that I had the honor of teaching them.
