On this rainy day, I’m still feeling inspired by the learning over the weekend at East West College for a class called Ortho-Bionomy: Releases for the Breath. Practicing 2-4 techniques with each client this week, I’m working smarter, not harder and the releases are easy and more comfortable for my clients, too. There is always more to learn in this amazing career, and next month I’ll be back for another continuing education class!

I recently learned from a client that in Sanskrit the word sneha means oil and it also translates to love 💗! She appreciated that I was generous with my use of oil because it felt so loving.
