If you have been struggling to get into the gym, this is your sign.
The excuses will only keep adding up, and will make it harder for you to want to go in.
You have to commit to yourself and block off the time like you would for anything else.
Maybe that means switching up your schedule so you can make it.
As a trainer, I want to see every single person succeed. If that means you need me to text you to hold you accountable, I’m in. Maybe you need to tell me the days you want to come in so I know. It might be making a program tweak so you enjoy it a little bit more.
Whatever it is, I’m game.
We all go through different seasons of life, and I’m happy to accommodate with all of it, all you have to do is communicate.
Choose yourself, and your health.
