If you have been struggling to get into the gym, this is your sign.

The excuses will only keep adding up, and will make it harder for you to want to go in.

You have to commit to yourself and block off the time like you would for anything else.

Maybe that means switching up your schedule so you can make it.

As a trainer, I want to see every single person succeed. If that means you need me to text you to hold you accountable, I’m in. Maybe you need to tell me the days you want to come in so I know. It might be making a program tweak so you enjoy it a little bit more.

Whatever it is, I’m game.

We all go through different seasons of life, and I’m happy to accommodate with all of it, all you have to do is communicate.

Choose yourself, and your health.

Let’s get you back in and on the right track.

Our client of the month for October is Nicole!

Nicole has been a client of mine on and off for five years!

In that time frame she has put in so much work inside and outside the gym with changing her lifestyle and habits.

Even though she hates 5 am, I’m glad she’s apart of the early morning crew!

From January 1st to today!

Christi and I work together from January all the way until April. Afterwards, I gave her all the tips and tricks she needed in order to continue on with a study weight loss journey.

Nine months later, she is down a total of 25 pounds!

All well focusing on getting an adequate protein intake and limiting refined sugar.

Christi still enjoyed eating out, but within moderation, and she put in the work inside and outside the gym!

I’m so proud of her for trusting the process of sticking with it!

We are adding one more to the crew! Everyone meet Jillian!

Here’s a bit about her:

I’ve been hooked on fitness since 4th grade, when I swept field day with blue ribbons at community center day camp. With two personal trainers as parents, I grew up learning that lifting weights made me feel strong while boosting my speed on the track. I went on to become varsity track captain, break multiple school records, and run on a college 4x100 team that was just shy of making nationals. In the winter, I traded the track for the slopes, becoming a certified ski instructor, where I fell in love with form and body mechanics.

Becoming a mom in 2020 led me to help other moms find fitness again. That path eventually led me to Jazzercise, where I sashayed my way into meeting my current accountability partner, who twisted my arm into running a half marathon. Now I’m training for my second one this year, complaining the whole way but secretly loving it.

For me, fitness is all about camaraderie, the laughs, the eye rolls, and surviving the workout together. My #1 piece of advice? Find an accountability partner and don’t let them escape.
