🎉 Save the date for the Fort Vancouver Bicentennial Commemoration on August 16th! 🎉

Join us as we honor 200 years of Fort Vancouver, a cornerstone of regional history and cultural exchange in the Pacific Northwest. This milestone event will pay tribute to the many communities, stories, and traditions that have shaped the site from its Hudson’s Bay Company origins to its legacy today.

The day will begin at 10 am with a community promenade, a symbolic procession that honors the many people—past and present—who have contributed to Fort Vancouver's ongoing story. Join us as we start at the Fort Vancouver Visitor Center and walk down the paved Park Road to Fort Vancouver.

Starting at 11 am, the reconstructed fort will come to life with a variety of living history and cultural demonstrations led by our dedicated volunteers and staff. Entrance fees to the fort will be waived for the day. Visitors can look forward to engaging activities, guided tours, and more!

This is an event you won’t want to miss! Learn more about the bicentennial of Fort Vancouver at go.nps.gov/FOVA200
