We offer regulatory licensing support to Adult Foster Homes, Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities by conducting pre-survey audits and facility support. We also have Geriatric Care Managers to assist seniors and loved ones who may be far away from one another or just need extra support and need assistance managing the day to day care. Our Care Managers are here to answer the call, day or night! If we cannot directly assist you, we will refer you to one of our many community partners who can. We are here to help.

We service CBC communities including Adult Family and Foster Care Homes, Residential Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Memory Care Communities as well as ICF/SNF. NW Senior Safe is on the list of approved consultants for the State of Oregon. NW Senior Safe delivers consulting services to communities nationwide.
