Want to be part of the ✨magic ✨ that makes RaSani Fair special? It's our wonderful volunteers that make the weekend happen. We are looking for volunteers for the fair weekend October 5 & 6, 2024.

We are offering VIP packages to all that volunteer for 4 hours. We have shifts of two hours so you can do them two in a row or mix it up for different times, days or jobs. A VIP package consists of: Free entrance to the fair all weekend, access to the vendor drumming circle Saturday & Sunday at 9:30am, RaSani t-shirt, and a raffle ticket! We don't have many of each color/size but we have solid colors in all the colors of the rainbow🌈.

Can't commit to 4 hours? We still offer free admission to the fair all weekend, access to the vendor drumming circle both days and a free raffle ticket for just two hours of your time. You can also combine your hours for different fairs and get a tee after you volunteer 2 more hours at the next event if you do 2 hours of this event.

Positions are cashier, credit card sales, stamping wrists, greeter/count clicker, tee shirt sales, security and floater.

Isn't it the manufacturers' responsibility to meet the needs of their customers? So why are USA farmers still raising GMO corn?

More GMO Bull # # # # Nonsense: The GMO industry is claiming that Mexico's ban on GMO corn imports would cost U.S. farmers billions. Mexico wants to protect its corn heritage from GMO contamination. Nothing wrong with that. It's not banning corn imports, just GMO corn imports. So how about this? American GMO farmers: How about you quit whining and grow what people and other countries actually want, non-GMO and organic. Stop trying to force toxic, unwanted products onto people. And let's be honest, non-GMO and organic commodities command higher prices than GMO and cost less, overall, to produce, so you'd be making more money and running financially sustainable businesses, instead of sucking up taxpayer-funded government handouts in order to survive. How about that?

Breaking News: Reuters reports that Mexico is moving forward with its GMO corn ban despite pressure from Bayer-Monsanto and certain U.S. agencies. Support Mexico's sovereign right to ban GMO corn. SIGN the petition: https://toxinfreeusa.org/take-action/stop-bullying-mexico

Bayer and Dow have launched 43 lawsuits against Mexico since Mexican president Andrés Manuel López Obrador issued a presidential decree banning the cultivation of GMO corn, and the import of GMO corn for human consumption and livestock feed by the end of 2024. Bayer has also puppeteered agencies and officials within our government to pressure Mexico to abandon its plans.

Tell Congress, U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Ambassador Katherine Tai, and USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack to get off Mexico's back. Mexico isn't banning all corn, just GMO corn. The country is considering direct agreements with farmers in the United States, Argentina and Brazil to secure non-GMO yellow corn imports, Mexico's Deputy Agriculture Minister Victor Suarez told Reuters.
