To celebrate the last day of , our residents and staff went to prom! Huge love love to Diana Cannon Kirkpatrick and Center Stage Clothiers, LLC for the loan of the AMAZING prom accessories. You brought glamor and bling to our prom. 💜 Huge love to Ian Manheimer for the loan of the sound system so our residents could enjoy the music. Vancouver Specialty is so grateful for wonderful community partners who give from their heart. What a special day to end a special week.

PeaceHealth convened a roundtable of politicians, housing organizations and nonprofits Friday to discuss how Clark County is working to end homelessness.

Today, we had the opportunity to attend the C6TC Partnership for Patients meeting, and the topic was housing support and programs for our homeless community members, and those facing housing insecurity. We had Anne McEnerny-Ogle, Mayor of Vancouver, Annette Cleveland, Senator in the 49th district, and representatives from Council for The Homeless , SWATCH, Fourth Plain Forward, Vancouver Housing Authority, The Salvation Army and St Vincent DePaul talking about the homeless crisis in our community.It was a robust discussion about partnering together to make a difference. Huge thanks to PeaceHealth and Kyla Phillips and Christy Alger Williams for putting this roundtable together. We are all stronger when we work together.

Today, our residents and staff celebrated National Unicorn Day!!! National Unicorn Day on April 9th each year, celebrates the mythical horse-like creature with a single, pointed horn growing from the center of its forehead. Hopefully, you were able to be visited by a unicorn today! 🦄🦄🦄

It provides essential healthcare coverage, including long-term care services, that many seniors rely on to stay healthy and independent as they age. From covering doctor visits and prescription medications to offering support for nursing home care and home health services, Medicaid ensures that our seniors have access to the care they need.

As we celebrate National Medicaid Awareness Month, let's remember to advocate for policies that strengthen and protect this critical program. Together, we can ensure that every senior has the support and resources they need to live a healthy & dignified life.

It’s time to celebrate Occupational Therapy Month, during the month of April!! Occupational Therapy Month is all about celebrating the holistic approach that OT has brought to healthcare. The vital importance of the profession aside, it is also about celebrating the miraculous achievements of their patients and the small steps they take to achieve the things they want and need to do. So let’s celebrate and promote the importance of occupational therapy and pay a tribute to the superheroes who help people get back on their feet!
