QYC currently meets on the 4th Saturday of each month, and we would love to offer a revolving schedule of teachers and offerings. Different wellness modalities are encouraged to apply, including sound healing practitioners, yoga teachers, educational workshops, meditation, and much more.

We have a ton of video and photos to share with you from this weekend’s immersion. It’s safe to say we’re already looking forward to the next one! Day 3 ended with this great group of people playing around with tricky transitions.

Day 2 of Rocket Immersion with 🚀

We’re so grateful to all the students who have joined, including those close to home, those a few hours north, and the dedicated yogi who traveled from Canada! And of course to Brendan for making the trip down to share his knowledge and love for the practice. We hope this practice continues to grow in our community!

Tomorrow is the 3rd and final day! Another hybrid practice to start the day and a fun, tricky transitions workshop to close out the weekend.
