Let’s talk blood sugar balance.
It’s at the root of so many dysfunctions in the body—including migraines.
Most people don’t realize that blood sugar instability creates instability everywhere else.
And what are migraines, if not a full-body expression of instability—a lack of homeostasis?
But it’s not just migraines (though that’s our focus this month).
Blood sugar swings are tied to so many chronic issues:
Autoimmune flares
Chronic fatigue
Insomnia
Hormonal chaos
Systemic inflammation
Our bodies crave stability.
I’ve been wearing a CGM and tracking my blood sugar for the last couple of weeks—and it’s been eye-opening.
