This class is beginner-friendly/open to everyone. We especially recommend Lymph Flow Yoga if you’re already on a healing journey with us, as it’s considered a foundational practice for all lymphatic drainage work and a wonderful way to deepen your experience.

Lymph Flow Yoga classes held Tuesday through Friday from 9:00–10:00 AM at our center 💗💕

Classes are limited to eight participants, so we would like to encourage you to reserve your spot in advance, especially if you plan to attend regularly. Registration is required for each class and can be completed by calling us at 360-904-4999 or booking online through our site under “Lymph Flow Yoga.” Each session is $45, or save with our four-class membership for $140 ($35 per class). With this membership you'll also receive 10% off all products and 5% off any service over $200!
