✨✨Pilates Pop-up☀️☀️
On May 8th at 5:30 pm, Andy Orizotti will host a Pilates Pop-up at our Main Street Office. Join us for a fun introduction to this mindful movement. Andy has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and she combines her background as a multi-sport athlete and personal trainer with her extensive Pilates knowledge and study to create Pilates Fusion Training Classes. Pilates is a fabulous compliment to anything else you do in your life ~ whether you’re a hard core athlete or looking to add in some core strength work to your daily walks or needing that combination of strength and flexibility to help keep your back healthy and happy and body balanced. This class welcomes all levels from beginners to advanced. It will incorporate some basic Pilates principles throughout the workout as a reminder if you practice Pilates regularly or to give you a foundation of the principles if you’re a beginner. Please bring your own mat and make sure to sign up as space is limited!
