🔷 To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, and movement quality.

🔷 The results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan includes a combination of fitness training to improve strength and power, physical therapy and treatment, improving swing mechanics and biomechanics, and swing speed training using SuperSpeed Golf’s system.

Initial session:
🔹 Titleist Performance Institute’s physical and swing screen
🔹 Individualized performance enhancement plan with at home exercises to address physical limitations
🔹 Access to myTPI app with results, exercises, drills, and communication with me

Follow-up sessions:
🔹 Hands on physical therapy treatment such as soft tissue work, joint mobility, ASTYM, cupping, and more
🔹 Strength and power training
