Place your hands over your plate (or just imagine it if you’re in public and don’t want funny looks). Close your eyes for three breaths and silently say:
“Thank you, soil. Thank you, rain. Thank you, farmers’ tired hands. Thank you, truck drivers and grocery clerks and every miracle that brought this food to me. I receive you with gratitude and love.”

Rejoicing In The Endings

-Hello, Curiosity Seekers! The Full Moon in Pisces 🌕 rises this Sunday, September 7th at 2:09 PM EDT.. casting her luminous gaze across the changing land.

Pisces, the dreamer of the zodiac, brings with her a watery invitation: to surrender control, feel deeply, and honor the quiet beauty of letting go.

September’s moon is often called the Harvest Moon.. a time when farmers once gathered their final crops before autumn deepened. And just like the trees who drop their leaves in brilliant color after a season of giving, we too are invited to celebrate what we’ve completed.. even if it’s bittersweet.
