Position available for an LPN at Brookstone Estates of Vandalia. We have a parttime position available for an LPN to assist our RN. This position is scheduled for 8 hours each week and will also work days when the RN takes time off. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, assessments, communicate with physicians, provide supervision to CNA's.
