With our equipment and expertise, our examination is designed to detect and manage not only diseases and disorders of the visual system, but also signs of systemic disease. Our examinations and co-management range from cataracts and glaucoma, to diabetes and multiple sclerosis. Blacksburg Eye Associates also houses an optical boutique with over 1200 pairs of glasses and sunglasses, and a fully trained staff to help find the best fitting and most comfortable eyewear for you. Whether you are using an in-house prescription from one of our doctors, an outside prescription, or just shopping for a new pair of sunglasses, Blacksburg Eye Associates has your needs covered. We are conveniently located in the First & Main Shopping Center on South Main Street in Blacksburg, Virginia, less than a mile from the campus of Virginia Tech. So that we may provide a full range of eye care to our patients we accept most forms of both health and vision insurance.
