I have to admit.. Ive struggled my whole adult life with insomnia..
Whether it was raising two sons on my own and putting them thru college..owning and running a huge practice in Atlanta for many years.. moving to Hampton and starting a small local practice ...buying a commercial bldg and helping my wonderful new husband getting started in business and still driving back and forth from Atl to Hampton..
Eventually sold my Atl practice and started to slow down... yet here I am...still chasing sleep 😌😴.. below is good advice..take a moment to read...the struggle is real! ❤️
