Dr. Hicks is the owner/managing director of Hicks Group and licensed mental health professional. She has worked in the field for over 20 years. "My primary work is with tweens, teens, and adults. And my ideal client is someone who is motivated and ready for change and transformation. My office focuses on providing mental health and recovery substance abuse services." We help those suffering from low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, depression, abuse, and in domestic violent relationships. Working with both civilian and military, law enforcement officers and individuals suffering from uterine fibroids, cancers, lupus, and HIV/AIDS. We also provide e-therapy and home visits. We are also Kink-friendly.

Dr. Hicks's approach is eclectic and different therapeutic orientations (MCBT, DBT, EMDR etc...) Most importantly, "I want my patients to learn to live in their truth." She challenges and supports them in their journey of life. "I want my patients to learn peace. That means lots of self-reflection and working through uncomfortable awakenings."
