Our mission is to improve individual lives through movement and community to encourage students to see their true potential on and off the mat. We achieve this through supportive, knowledgable and compassionate yoga instruction that meets students where they are on their mat. No matter where we are coming from, we are all equals in this yoga journey, and we offer classes that suit all abilities.

Meet Maria and Kristen - two incredible ladies whose friendship has been strengthened through every downward dog, warrior pose, and mindful breath! 💕
Their journey started years ago with , where they discovered not just the power of yoga, but the magic of having a true practice partner. When Revel Yoga reopened its doors in Vauxhall Hall, these two followed Hal over to practice in person again with there OG teacher.

🎉We’re thrilled to welcome Krystina to our teaching team!

With over a decade of yoga experience and extensive training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Katonah yoga, Krystina brings a wealth of knowledge to our community. As a certified Health Coach, she specializes in alignment-based classes that blend dynamic flows with pranayama breathing techniques.

Join her classes to experience a perfect balance of challenge and mindfulness that will strengthen your body while creating deeper mind-body connection.

🙌Krystina will be filling in for Rachel’s 6am class on Fridays. will be getting her 300 hr yoga certification 🎉.

Krystina will be joining the schedule permanently this summer. She’s great ya’ll will love her!
