Do you or someone you know suffer from chronic pain?
Inflammation is the major cause of chronic pain and illness. When you have an injury, your body goes through the acute inflammatory process which is normal and appropriate. This process should be less than 3 months.
Ways to decrease inflammation in your body are:
1. Nutrition- eliminate processed and ultra processed food
2. Sleep- go to bed and wake up at the same time every day to regulate your circadian rhythm to boost your immune system.
3. Movement- any movement for any length of time is better than no movement at all.
4. Cold plunges- I will post more about this
5. Decrease/ Manage stress- meditation, non-sleep deep rest, breathing exercises, journaling, exercise, regulating your circadian rhythms.
