With our move, we needed to switch phone providers. In an effort to keep things the same, we are trying to port our phone number to our new phone carrier. Our old carrier has disconnected our line so our new carrier can take it over.
Well.... apparently that is not as easy as it sounds. 🥴 We have literally spent the entire day working with their IT, trying to successfully transition the number. We have been told we should have a solution sometime tomorrow.
