This week, we’re proud to honor Jose Jaime from Liana of Venice as Distinctively Deserving.
Since joining the community in 2022, Jose has been a steady source of compassion, professionalism, and positivity. What he loves most about senior living is the environment created at Liana. The strong team, uplifting culture, and shared commitment to making the community feel like home. That positive foundation allows Jose to provide the high-quality care residents deserve while offering families reassurance and peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are genuinely cared for.
When it comes to his approach to care, Jose’s goal is simple yet powerful: to give others peace of mind. Senior living is his favorite nursing profession because it allows him to truly know the residents—their stories, their pasts, and the families who love them. He cares for residents as if they were his own family, and that sincerity is felt in every interaction.
In addition to his work in senior living, Jose brings with him an extraordinary background of service, having served 30 years as an Army combat medic in the United States Army. His dedication to caring for others runs deep, shaped by a lifetime of service, leadership, and heart.
