Hoarding is characterized by the persistent difficulty in discarding or parting with possessions, regardless of their actual value. And guess what? We are ALL hoarders. we hoard our emotions, traumas, and all types of mental luggage that burdens us and no longer serves us. We often hoard in an attempt to fill ourselves up or ground ourselves. Managing it often involves dietary changes and sometimes medical treatments.

Dysbiosis has been associated with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

Avoiding processed foods, sugar, and artificial additives, while maintaining a balanced diet rich in fiber, probiotics, and prebiotics, can help restore balance in the gut microbiome.
