We’re excited for tonight. The tent is up, the chairs are set, and we’re ready for a great evening with Dr Ardis of The Dr. Ardis Show

A few quick notes as we get close:
The event is outside under a tent with sides, and while the conversation will be hot🔥, the temperatures will be cooler 🥶, so bring a jacket!

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist with medical experience to join our mission-driven wellness clinic.

This is a full-time, hybrid role combining traditional front desk responsibilities with hands-on clinical support. You’ll be the face of our center—greeting members, managing the schedule, and also assisting in patient flow and light treatment support.

🛎️ Reception Responsibilities:

• Check-in/check-out patients with professionalism and care
• Manage phones, schedule appointments, and respond to messages
• Conduct membership tours and assist with sign-ups
• Follow up with patients and prospective members
• Process payments and keep the front desk organized

💉 Clinical Support Duties:

• Es**rt patients to treatment rooms and help them on/off equipment
• Sanitize rooms and prepare devices like red light therapy beds, IV chairs, etc.
• Monitor patient comfort during sessions
• Restock clinical supplies and assist the nurse/doctor as needed
• Ensure proper patient flow and communicate any delays or concerns

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Medical office or clinic experience (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of common clinical tools and terminology
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Able to stand, assist patients physically, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus if you’ve worked with IV therapy, red light therapy, or functional medicine practices
