I’m guilty of it too , so it secretly makes me giggle when my clients can’t keep their head straight , I’ve said it so many times watch your head watch your neck keep your head straight don’t move your head don’t look at me don’t look in the mirror your neck YOUR NECK YOUR NEEEEECK so thank you PILATAY for this meme it’s so perfect and thank you and for inspiring me to post daily and to help discover all@kinds of new things and for making me laugh on so many levels I love love love you both so much

I love it when my Pilates junkies hit me up on Sundays to tell me how much they miss our pilates time on Sundays ;) let’s see if they still feel this way tomorrow when I will let them have a full power Monday class, he he 😂I can’t wait because I miss my Pilates Schatzis too. It’s such a blessing to see most of my clients every day.
