ATTN - Laughter Yoga Enthusiasts!
Why would you want to get together with other LYE's?
I’ll tell you why I want to ...
I want to grow my Laughter practice and create new LY exercises!
And the best way I know is to immerse myself with others who love to LAUGH FOR THE HEALTH OF IT!
I have created an opportunity for us to sail away for 5 days to do just that!
The ship will leave Miami Florida on February 17, 2024 and sail to the Caribbean, returning to Miami on February 22nd. All the cruise details are in the link below.

What I want you to know is that the cost for the cabins will be going up in the next ten days! We are not adding to the cost of the cruise to participate in the Laughter Yoga activities. All the daily LY activities and discussions with be the bonus of joining this journey on the HA!Seas!!

And if you can't fathom feeling happy, if life had gotten you down in the dumps, know that you can fake your happiness by laughing. Yes, I once felt that happiness was no longer accessible for me. Then I stumbled on a way to laugh for the health of it. And now, when I need to - or want to feel happy, all I do is laugh! Weird yes, wonderful - you bet ya'!
There is a huge community of people around the world to laugh for the health of it! We practice Laughter Yoga and you are always welcome to join us!
