Hi friends.

I have been following this health coach on CNN for a while and I just love her posts. Sometimes CNN blocks posts (IDK why??) But this is a good one about aging in a healthy way with exercise geared specifically to where we are at in life.

Hi there:

I find I'm explaining to clients some techniques to help chronic myofascial aches and pains.

This technique involves 'scraping.'

It's been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine and is called 'Gua Sha.'

It's used in Chiropractic and called 'Grafton' technique.

It's commonly used with sports injuries or chronic adhesions to alleviate pain restore tissue that has adhesions and knots.

The link I share with you is only an EXAMPLE of scraping. You do NOT need to buy this/ their device -- I haven't bought it.

That said -- I'm a HUGE fan of scraping as a healing tool.
