Get to know Amy Demonbreun, APRN! 🌊

Amy is a nationally certified nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida in Tampa and earned her Master of Science degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an adult gerontology primary care practitioner. She has been working with Dr. Hunek since 2006.

With over a decade of experience in general dermatology, Amy has developed a special interest in psoriasis, eczema, and atopic dermatitis.

Relocating to Southwest Florida in 1997, Amy has made this area her home. Along with adult children nearby, she still has two boys in the house who keep her busy. Amy is active in the community and passionate about helping others, especially those with special needs.

Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In any spare time, she and her husband welcome a good escape room challenge, or jigsaw puzzle, and enjoy painting.
