WHAT'S ALL THE FUSS ABOUT STRESS?

Stress interferes with the proper function of the body's autonomic Nervous System which interferes with the Endocrine System (hormones).

When under stress, the body prepares to expend a large amount of energy by stimulating heart and breathing rates and stimulating the adrenals to secrete hormones that give energy.
