From Zelis
We want to make you aware of recent phishing attempts targeting Zelis providers.
Please avoid clicking on suspicious links or opening unexpected attachments in emails that claim to be from Zelis. Legitimate communications will always come from a Zelis Payments domain, such as zelis.com or zelispayments.com. Before clicking, hover over links to verify their destination.
As a reminder, Zelis representatives will NEVER ask you to share your login credentials or one-time passcodes through text message or over the phone. If you receive a questionable message, report it immediately to your IT team. Your vigilance is critical to maintaining the security of our provider network.
Stay Safe with These Quick Tips:
Trust your instincts: If something feels off, it probably is.
Verify before acting: Use trusted contact methods — never rely on info from a suspicious message.
Pause before responding: Urgency is a red flag. Take a moment to assess.
Speak up: Report anything suspicious. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.
Please note: Zelis systems have not been compromised; this message is part of our ongoing efforts to keep you informed, especially as cybercrime continues to rise globally.
Thank you for your diligence and partnership in ensuring the security of our network.
